We are offering two ways to transform your life: Move Forward Crew and Move Forward Premium.

Move Forward Crew

An intimate group coaching experience, limited to 10-12 people for maximum engagement and results, that includes:

  • Five 1-hour content modules delivered by Sarah Brown, founder of Failing Forward

  • Five 90-minute group coaching sessions with activities and discussion questions

  • Monthly office hours to spend one-on-one time with Sarah Brown

  • The Enneagram Assessment to tap into personal motivations. Learn about the Enneagram.

  • Practical tools and homework to drive application and new habit formation

  • 1-3 Year Move Forward Plan. Other plans focus on tactical or transactional goal setting. Our plan focuses on what feelings and emotions you want to create along with practical goal setting.

What is the 2021 schedule for Move Forward Crew?

The first Move Forward Crew program of 2021 starts Tuesday, January 12, and concludes Tuesday, March 16. Sessions will be held every Tuesday, starting at 5:30 p.m. on Zoom. Every other week, the session will be a small group and last up to 1.5 hours.

What if I can't make it to one of the sessions?

You’ll get the most out of the Move Forward Crew coaching program, the more time you put into it. Of course, we know life happens. The coaching modules (the odd weeks listed above) are webinar-style sessions and will be recorded and shared with participants afterward. During the even weeks, you will be meeting with up to three people to reflect on the previous week’s takeaways and complete activities. For your benefit (and others!), we highly recommend you attend these small group sessions.

What is the schedule for Move Forward Premium?

Our Premium coaching program is personalized for your specific needs, goals, and availability. Once you enroll, you will work with Sarah Brown to schedule individual coaching sessions that fit into your schedule.

How do I pay?

After you register for Move Forward, we will email you an invoice through PayPal. Payment is due prior to the start of coaching, unless you and Sarah have agreed to a payment plan.

What if I realize Move Forward isn't for me?

If after the first session, you aren’t happy, we will grant you a full refund. We are confident it won’t happen, but if needed, we will refund your money, no questions asked.​

ABOUT SARAH BROWN

A former counselor and business owner, Sarah has spent the past 20 years coaching individuals and consulting for Fortune 500 companies and small family-owned businesses in leadership development. Sarah earned her master's of education in counseling from Xavier University and holds certifications from the College of Executive Coaching and Coach U. Through Project Connect, Sarah facilitates workshops to strengthen communication and build successful professional teams. In 2018, she launched Failing Forward to share stories of Cincinnatians who have turned their failures into successes.
